Getting started

Register, confirm your email, and get approved for your property — takes about five minutes, most of that is waiting for the board to say yes.

Register

Click Register on the login page. Enter your email and pick your property from the dropdown — the one you own or use on R27 Road.

Don't see your property listed? A board member needs to add it first — see the Contacts page for how to reach the board.

Confirm your email

Within a minute you'll get an email from Lower Briton Bay Cottages Association — check your inbox, and your spam folder if it doesn't show up right away. Open it and click Confirm account.

There's no password to set or remember — the site uses one-click email links for logging in from now on too.

Wait for approval

You're now logged in, but your account is pending until a board member or your property's admin approves your request — this keeps the association's financial and contact information private to actual members.

There's nothing to do here — no need to email the board unless it's been more than a few days.

You're in

Once approved, you'll get one more email letting you know. From there you have full access: your property's dues and payment history, the association-wide payment status, contacts, notices, and documents.

Prefer to sign in with Google?

From the login page, choose Sign in with Google instead of entering an email. You'll pick your property right after — everything else works the same way, including the approval step.
